01 / His starting point

Looking for balance after repeated cycles.

Nick had been through repeated cycles of losing and regaining weight. When he contacted Luke, his energy was low, he felt uncomfortable in his body and he knew he needed a more balanced approach.

02 / The physical change

Thirty pounds down. More capable day to day.

His published result includes 30 pounds lost, muscle gain and improved flexibility. He noticed looking and feeling better, enjoying the gym and becoming more interested in stretching and mobility.

Playing baseball with his son and his son’s friends became a vivid example of the change: he found himself diving for a ball again. Friends and patients also noticed that something was different.

03 / The lasting change

An imperfect week no longer ended the routine.

Nick described feeling more comfortable in his skin and, particularly, being able to return after an off week rather than becoming completely derailed. He valued the knowledge and strategies he could keep using as his progress continued.

His account encourages men with previous failed attempts to avoid letting those experiences define their next step.
